Refund Policy

Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association, Inc. (VAPAA) Refund Policy
This Web site is owned and controlled by Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association, Inc.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the VAPAA management within 30-days period after date of purchase. Also, refunds may be issued for reservation to conference as long as proper documentation is filed. In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. If you have any questions about our policy, please feel free to contact our home office to request more information.

Policy Changes
Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the VAPAA website. You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our website. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.

                                                       VAPAA Conference Registration Fee Refund Policy:

You may receive a refund of your conference fees under the following stipulations:
If you have a true medical emergency that precludes your attendance, you may receive a full refund up until the day before the conference minus a 10% processing fee.  You must submit valid documentation of the medical emergency.  If you request a refund for any other reason for not attending, you will be charged a cancellation fee, as follows:

Registration Fee Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellations received after August 2, 2015, are subject to a $50 service charge
  • Cancellations received after September 4, 2015 are subject to a $75 service charge. 
  • Cancellations after September 5, 2015 are not eligible for a refund.

If you paid the registration fee via a credit card and request a refund more than 60 days from when the charge was made, any requested refund may have to be returned by check based on bank policy.

                                    VAPAA Store Refund/Return Policy

Please be sure the sizes requested are correct as all sales are final and there are no returns or exchages.

Exchanges will be considered only for items defective upon your receipt.  If you have received a defective product, please call the toll free number, 1-936-242-1987, for return authorization.  Once we have received the defective item, we will ship the replacement, postage paid.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
